Hydra-Zorb Cushion Clamps are available in electro galvanized mild steel, yellow trivalent plated mild steel, 304 & 316
stainless steel, and aluminum.
Hydra-Zorb Cushion Clamps are rated for use in temperatures ranging from -65° fahrenheit to 275° fahrenheit. Special
high-temperature cushions can be furnished upon request, and support temperatures up to 340° fahrenheit.
Hydra-Zorb Cushion Clamps are rated under UL Standard 2043, 2nd Edition: “Fire Test for Heat and Visible Smoke Release
for Discrete Products and Their Accessories Installed in Air-Handling Spaces.
Hydra-Zorb Cushion Clamps are available from ¼” - 6-½” OD tube sizes, ¼” - 8” nominal pipe sizes, and support metric
sizes between 6mm & 160mm.
Klo-Shure Insulation Couplings
Klo-Shure 7-series is sized to fit with elastomeric insulation, and 9-series is sized for fiberglass insulation.
Yes, you can either slide the pipe through the plastic coupling, or you can cut it open along the grooved channel atop
the coupling to set the pipe in more easily.

Hydra-Zorb Cushion Clamps are designed for uninsulated pipe and tube installations. Klo-Shure Insulation Couplings are
designed for insulated tube and pipe installations.
Yes, both 7-series and 9-series Klo-Shure Insulation Couplings are acceptable for horizontal, vertical, and inverted
installations. Klo-Shure 8-series is acceptable for horizontal installations only.
Klo-Shure Insulation Couplings are available in ¼” to 4-⅛” OD tube sizes for 7-series installations. 9-series installations
support ⅝” to 5-⅛” OD tube sizes, and ½” to 3” nominal pipe sizes. 9-series is also available in metric sizes from
25mm to 110mm.
Klo-Shure supports insulation thickness from ⅜” to 1-½” for 7-series, and ½” to 2” for 9-series.
Hydra-Zorb Bronco Saddle
The Bronco Saddle can be used on industry standard anchor channel of any depth.
The Bronco Saddle is manufactured in-house at our production facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan USA.
The Bronco is available for insulated or uninsulated tube and pipe sizes with an outside diameter from 2-¼” to 8-¼”.
Titan Riser
The Titan Riser is available from ⅞” to 4-⅛” OD tube sizes, and supports insulation from 1” to 1-½” thickness.
